功能
站内显示picasa web上的相册
友好URL .
方便的浏览方式 .
站内缓存和页面图片预载入。

实现原理
使用Google Picasa API下载并且随时更新picasaweb的相册数据。
缓存到WordPress本地目录（图片本身并没有缓存，显示时直接引用picasaweb上的图片）。
读取缓存数据并显示出来。
